The Sacrament of Baptism
“Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them
in the name of the father, and the Son, and of the Holy Spirit,
teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.
And behold, I am with you always, until the end of the age.”
(Matthew 28: 19-20)
Baptism of Infants/Young Children
Parents seeking Baptism for their child are asked to contact the Parish Office (973-226-0979)
to schedule a specific date for the celebration of the sacrament.
Baptisms are celebrated throughout the year (excluding Lent) on designated Sundays at 1:30 pm in the church.
There is a required meeting for parents to attend prior to the date of the child’s Baptism.
This information will be given to parents at the time the child registered for the reception of the sacrament.
